How are my personal details being used?
We can understand your concern for the security of your personal and payment data. When you provide us with your personal data, it will only be used for the purpose of submitting your order or contacting you regarding your order, for example, if the courier has trouble finding your address. A valid phone number, email address, and postal address are required to ship orders to you. In addition, we use SSL security and encrypted data storage of your personal and order information. Encryption ensures that no one can access or use your personal information.

If your order or item hasn’t been shipped yet, then yes you can. Please contact us here or call or text us on 9311877979 for assistance. However, if your order has already been shipped then unfortunately we’re unable to cancel it. However, once you receive the items you can raise a query to return them, feel free to email us for further information.
Do you have a Cash On Delivery Option?
Yes! The COD (Cash On Delivery) option is available for all products.
What payment methods can I use and how secure is my payment with Little Goa?
Our payment options are via online banking, Paytm, UPI, Phone Pay, and Google Pay or you can direct deposit into our account.

What are the points?
Our points program is one of the ways that we show you guys how much we love you all. Every customer who has an account automatically earns points. Points are basically like Little Goa money. You can spend them on all sorts of different items from our store! Customers earn 5 points for every 50 rupees they spend. You can learn more about our Points Program here.
How do I redeem my points?
If you've got a Little Goa account, you automatically earn 5 points for every 50 rupees you spend.
So 1 point = 1 rupee
You can see how many points you have available at the points page (https://www.littlegoa.com/index.php?route=account/login) and at the top bar of the website.
You can use your points at the time of payment.
Shipping
What areas do you ship to?
We ship parcels to all Indian states every single working day. Every part of India that has a postcode can receive a parcel from us. We do not ship outside of India.
We ship to residential addresses, business addresses, P.O. boxes, and any address that has a Pin Code.
How long does the shipping take?
It depends on your location and the size of the parcel. Once payment has cleared we ship the parcel straight away. Small parcels usually take two or three days to reach any major city. Larger parcels may take a bit more time. Remote areas may take up to a week.
Can I upgrade my order or shipping?
Realized that you needed to add something or needed to speed/change your shipping preference?
Don't stress - if it is still within 12 hours of the time you placed your order, you can still upgrade your shipping speed and can add more products. Give us a call and let us know you need to bump up your shipping speed. One of our friendly staff members will set up a faster shipping speed(whatever your preference is), and take your payment over the phone, or e-mail you a link to complete on your own(you choose!). Your package will go out with your newly selected shipping speed preferences.
Please note that your shipping speed and processing time are two completely separate things. Shipping Speed is how quickly the courier delivers your package across the country. Processing time is the amount of time that it takes our shipping and warehousing staff to process all the orders from the day, quality check all of the items, package them up carefully and safely, and get your box in the hands of the courier. This usually takes 1-3 business days and is totally dependent on the amount of orders we are currently handling at any given time.
Do you have stores I can visit?
YES! We have a Little Goa outlet store in many cities in India.
While smoking accessories aren’t legal to sell in some states, However, you can buy most of the items online here.
Can I track my order?
Of course! We’ll include the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email and sign up for SMS alerts on your delivery.
What happens if I am not home when the order is delivered?
For proof of delivery, we require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home to sign for your parcel, it will be at the postie’s discretion if there is a safe place to leave it where it won’t be damaged by weather or easily stolen. If not, it will be taken to your closest courier office. You can always see the status or location of your order with the tracking number.
My package says the product is delivered but I can't find it.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, follow these steps.
Verify the shipping address.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery around your door, mailbox, or typical delivery area.
Look around the delivery location for your package.
See if someone else accepted the delivery (a neighbor, roommate, etc.).
Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
Wait 36 hours - in rare cases, packages may be delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
If it's been more than 36 hours after you received the package delivery notice, give us a call. Usually, the courier carrier is able to locate your package, but either way, our support staff will be there to have your back.

Is It Safe To Buy From Little Goa?
Yes, it is safe to buy from Little Goa, since it is a legit eCommerce store operating all over India. It has been successfully delivering millions of products to customers around the globe since 2013. Many of our customer reviews on websites like Trust Pilot and google reviews have been positive while sometimes customers do face certain issues and we solve them ASAP. We try our best to handle every order with the utmost dedication and passion. The initial days were challenging but we have expanded our team and modernized our systems with cutting-edge technologies to overcome those challenges.
What is the return policy?
Ans: We need to be notified within 12 hours after arrival for broken or 48 hours on defective products. Contact customer service as soon as possible and we would be happy to assist you.
We accept returns of unused item(s) up to 7 days after the order has been received. If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept the return.*
For return requests due to the wrong size and/or color ordered, sign in to your account and head on to our Return Portal to submit a return request or mail us to Info@littlegoa.com with a photo of the unused item or the unopened box. As soon as we get the photo, we'll email a free return label right away and send the correct item(s) as well. We will not accept returns after a week from the day of package delivery has elapsed.
My product is faulty or damaged. Can I get a refund or exchange?
Of course! We will always replace, refund, or credit faulty items or items that arrive damaged Please contact us here and include details of the issue, along with any evidential photos or videos to support your claim
The item I got was not what I wanted, can I return it?
We accept returns on all unused products. If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept a return. No exceptions.
Items to be returned must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will need a photo of the unused item or the unopened box before we can issue you a pre-paid return label.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
If you have received a faulty product and a replacement is not available, you should expect to receive your refund within a week of returning your order to us. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 - 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 - 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 - 5 business days).

Where did hookah come from?
Hookah smoking originated in Persia and India. The use of hookah is so common and widespread that most cafes in the Middle East carry hookah for their customers. Now hookah has become popular in North and South America and has become a social gathering place for everyone.
How do I choose the right flavor for shisha?
For those who are new to hookah, the choice of flavor is very interesting. Try all kinds of flavors to see which one works best for each person's taste buds. If you're still not sure which flavor to choose, ask a colleague. Popular flavors include mint, double apple, paan, and strawberry.
How often should I clean my hookah?
Washing your hookah after every use will get the cleanest results. Washing regularly will help prevent bad odors and molasses or gunk buildup that can ruin your smoking session.
Can we use your shishas indoors?
Yes and no. If you're at a private residence you can do what you like. However, if you have rented an apartment or are living with a tenant that will require our traditional shishas to be smoked outside or in an approved smoking area. But if you're still unsure we'll be able to help.
What’s the deal with different colored rolling papers(white, brown)?
White rolling papers undergo bleaching, which means they may contain certain chemicals that give them their color. Brown rolling papers are not bleached and hence, they are clearly the healthier choice.
Can rolling papers expire or go bad?
Rolling papers don’t expire, but they become dry upon storing for a long time. Further, their glue degrades with time. So, if you’re using old rolling papers, it might be difficult to stick the paper.
What is better: a single, double, or triple hose hookah?
The number of hoses your hookah has will not affect the taste or smoke. As hookahs are mainly smoked in groups, it's convenient to have enough hoses to go around.
What's the difference between glass and acrylic base?
The first obvious difference is that the acrylic base is made from tough and durable plastic, it's great for those who may break a glass base. There is no difference in the smoking or taste of the hookah regardless of the base. Acrylic base hookahs must not use hookah water in their base overnight or for any extended period of time. Always emptying out your hookah's water after smoking is recommended to keep the hookah fresh tasting.
Is it good to mix Hookah Shisha flavors?
Yes, it is great to mix flavors! There are some flavors that are intended to mix with other flavors, such as mint. Mint is great when mixed with double apple and many other flavors, simply add 90% Double Apple and 10% Mint for a great taste.
What's the best way to store Hookah Shisha Tobacco or Herbal Shisha?
Storing your Shisha in a "Stay Fresh Canister" and stored in a cool dry room will keep your shisha fresh. Refrigerating your shisha flavors is also recommended.
Should I clean the ash of the charcoal?
With the better types of charcoal such as coconut coal, you should not need to clean off the ash from the coal, removing the ash is only necessary when the ash begins to break up and fall into the hookah bowl. If that is happening, use your coal tong and gently push down atop the middle of the coal with the thin side of the tong and push off one side of the ash, then do the same for the other side.
Which type of Hookah Charcoal is best for me?
The type of charcoal that is best for you is dependent upon your smoking preferences as well as your smoking location. Typically for hookah smokers, it is recommended to use coconut charcoal, these are easy to light and will have your hookah smoking in less than 60 seconds and will last for up to an hour or two. Be sure to light the coal outside a window or outside and away from your body.
These coconut charcoals are beneficial because of their cleaner smoother smoke (for those who complain of a charcoal taste to their hookah, these are perfect for you) which allows your hookah to taste as best as possible.
My hookah is harsh, what to do?
The most likely cause of the harsh taste is that there is too much heat in the hookah bowl. Take out the charcoal and let it cool for a while. If you still smell burnt after 30-40 minutes of strong smoke or longer before you try this change, it could mean that you have burnt the tobacco and need to repack the bowl.
A typical hookah session will require 3-4 natural hookah charcoal. You don't have to use them all at the same time, but it's common to start with more and take some out as your session rolls to create the experience you want.
How do I make sure my Hookah is Airtight?
With the hookah fully assembled, remove the chillum on the top of the hookah and seal the top of the hookah with your hand. Then pull on the hose, if you don't get any air, your hookah is perfect. If you are able to suck in, make sure all hookah parts are fastened securely, and then again seal the top of the hookah with your hand and try again, if it is still letting air in, begin to listen while you breathe as to where the hole might be. The most popular air-tight issue is the Hose, you can test your hose by sealing your hand around one end and breathing in from the other, if you don't get any air, the hose is good.
I keep getting water in the hose.
First, check your water level, if the water in your base is too high it may get sucked in when you smoke. If the water level is just fine, try to pull less hard from the hookah hose.
What is that valve opposite the hose (slot) used for?
The Valve is there to enable the hookah smoker to blow out the smoke from the base if the smoke becomes undesirable for any reason. If your hookah becomes harsh, blowing slightly and in short spurts through the hose will clean out the smoke in the base, so you may fix the charcoal or whatever problem caused the undesirable taste.
How much water do I put in the base?
Ans: When you add water to your base you want to make sure that the bottom of the downstem is submerged anywhere between 1-2 inches into the water. This is the ideal amount of water for maximum filtration without a restricted draw.
How do I clean the silicone hoses?
Just run hot water through them and let them dry fully. Alternatively, if needed, you can also put them into warm water for a couple of minutes to get rid of any possible smell. The dishwasher is another option (only by itself, rinse afterward).
Are rolling papers or cones better?
It depends on your preference/rolling skills. Cones are quick and easy to fill; super convenient. Rolling your own is considered an art and can be an enjoyable pastime, but it does in fact, take some time. Remember, practice makes perfect!
Are bongs good for beginners?
It depends on the type of bong you have. If you are a beginner, the last thing you want to buy is a heavy and sophisticated high-quality glass bong. Having such a complex device will not only give you some value for money, but even a small mistake will cost you a lot of money. If you are a true beginner, use an acrylic bong. These are durable, efficient, and long-lasting.
What is a 4-piece grinder?
This type of grinder is named because it consists of 4 separate parts consisting of 3 separate chambers. The upper chamber receives the dry herb material and grinds it up, and the second chamber holds the ground material ready for use. The lower chamber, separated by a fine metal screen, collects the fine pollen grains and breaks down the dried herbal material for use as a dried herb concentrate. This material is known as kief.
What is a dab rig?
Dab rigs are durable vaping equipment that is often made of inert glass for wax concentrates. These devices often involve the use of water through a filtration process that filters and cools the vapor. Dab rigs are rather expensive and are usually reserved for experienced users instead of those new to the vaping scene, as it often can take a second user to assist in the vaporization process. In addition, the dab rig should not be used with dry herbal ingredients, as the bowls (called the nails) cannot accommodate the vaporization process of the dry herbs without burning in the dab rig.

Why are high-end products so expensive?
High-quality glass smoking products vary in price greatly. High-end bongs are made in places like North America, Germany, or Australia and the price largely reflects the quality of glass, the attention to detail, quality control, development, and processes such as annealing that make borosilicate glass very strong and resistant to breakage from thermal stress. And as for other smoking accessories they are also made up from high-end materials. Hence the cost of high-end products is different from others.
Are our products genuine?
Absolutely. We do not sell fakes and we are active in stopping the sale of counterfeit and fake products in India. Counterfeit products are common in Indian smoke shops but not at Little Goa India. Our glass bongs, hookah, and other smoking accessories are genuine and made in the country we indicate. If we say a bong is American, Australian, or German-made, we guarantee it is.
What is the difference between a male and female joint piece?
Bongs, cone pieces, nails, ash catchers, adaptors, downstems, and all other bong accessories have either a male or female joint. All you need to know is that male pieces go into female joints and female pieces sit on top of male joints. For example, if your bong has a female joint, you will require a male-jointed accessory, and vice versa.
Female Joints
Female glass joints are the most common style of joint that you will see on the market. This is the joint that most bongs and downstems have. They are identified by their ability to allow a male glass joint to fit inside of it. As an example, a standard cone piece with a male joint will fit into the female joint.
Male Joints
Although male glass joints are not as prevalent on the market as female joints, they are definitely growing in popularity. Male glass joints are those that you will usually see on oil and concentrate rigs, usually with an in-built stem. The male joint is, however, the most common accessory joint, meaning that most cone pieces are a male joint that fits into the female joint found on most glass bongs.
