How do I place an order?
Ordering at Little Goa is easy. Placing your first order at Little Goa? Just select the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address and payment information and you are home.

How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

Do you take orders over phone?
Yes. We do take orders over phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash On Delivery only.

I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
Yes if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always take your order over phone. Do call us.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

Net Banking 2-4 business days
Debit Card 5-7 business days
Credit Card 7-21 business days

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to Little Goa Credits deducted from my Account?
In case your order is not successful and LittleGoa Credits has been deducted from your account money has been credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund within 3 days

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of Prepaid orders Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any Little Goa Credits used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account.
For certain product categories such as Furniture once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. This is also indicated on the individual product pages . In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000 would be charged on the refund amount.

I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?
You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to [email protected] with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags and invoice?
Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.

How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?
We encourage you try the items you bought, however please ensure the product is left in a re-saleable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing. Please note that all categories are not returnable..

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking. We also accept payment via "cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated with it.
For certain categories with high value items such as Furniture, only Debit Card/Credit Card and NetBanking options are available.

Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?
All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!

What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product.

Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?
There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs. 150 levied on Cash on Delivery purchases however in case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable .

Is there a purchase limit for a Cash On Delivery purchase?
Yes, Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 20,000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Net banking or Credit card.

How can I pay if COD option is not available on my address?
If COD option is not available on your address you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card. In case you don't have a Net Banking or Debit Card option please contacts your bank for Debit Card/Credit Card issue.

Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Little Goa. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on [email protected] or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

I see debit transactions in my Bank Statement from Little Goa but I have never shopped with Little Goa. What do I do?
If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Little, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it.

Why isn’t COD available to me?
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

What is's Returns policy ?

"No Questions Asked Return Policy!"

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a Replacement in 48 hours.

We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on 011-28344593/94 or drop an email at [email protected] within a period of 48 hours, from the date of receiving the product. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition. C'mon that's just fair!

*Please note that "'s 48 hours Returns Policy" does not apply to Filter Tips, Filter Paper & any Glass Products .

*Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Little Goa team.

*Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

*Some special rules for promotional offers may override "'s 48 hours Returns Policy."

*Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

How long will the return process take?
Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, you have to send the product back to us on your own within a week and another 2 days to initiate replacement subject to product inspection. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the replacements are initiated within 2 days after product inspection.

How will I receive my Refund?
a) If the customer get broken product, we will make replacement of the same product or broken part instead of Refund. Customer will not get refund in case of product brokage..

b) If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Little Goa Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. Little Goa Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

c) If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue Little Goa Credits or Bank Transfer. Little Goa Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website. d) If LittleGoa Credits were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as Little Goa Credits. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
